Hands free caps coming…. never.

Thats a pretty intense title, but dont take it the wrong way. Just like VHS, hands free caps were, and to some.. still are, great options.

However when you peel the features back, and compare Terp Trunks to most any “Hands Free cap”, you realize that theres an overwhelming lack of value, and function on part of the hands free caps.

First, the design of a hands free cap, by its nature, limits you to one size, or a specific style of quartz vessel. On the other hand… Terp trunks can fit everything from bangers of all sizes, to troughs of all sizes, thermals, and lots… lots more.

Secondly, the advent of directional airflow was a huge step forward in the right direction. But when you look at hands free caps you see they are taking one giant step back. Using a directional airflow carb cap in a “hands free” fashion, is much the same as using a video game controller, bicycle handle bars, or toilet paper in the same hands free fashion; they dont work as intended. See, directional airflow is important because you are agitating the concentrates, by changing the direction of airflow. To do so, requires your hands on the cap, twisting the concentrates around your quartz. Without hands… not so much.
