Terp Trunk, Chapter 1
For years, people have been trying to get the most out of everything; consumer products, food, and why not… concentrates. After years of dabbing at temps that tasted horribly, Chad had the idea to create a cap that would not only fit tons of the most popular quartz accessories out, but also work great while doing so.
In March 2016, Chad started working on making his cap a reality and in just a few short days… the Terp Trunk was born. Hailing from a scientific and engineering background, Chad wouldn’t settle till he knew his caps would be the best in class, and blow peoples expectations out of the water.
With such a new style cap, people didn’t know what to refer to them as so Chad came up with the term “Directional Airflow”. Why is Directional Airflow so important?
When vaporizing concentrates, you want to not only get the effects of the concentrates, but also taste them. With high temp vaporizing, you cant taste much of what your vaping. However if you vaporize at low temperatures, you ended up leaving some concentrates left over. And as we all know… concentrates aren’t cheap.
With Terp Trunks, you can carb cap anything from an Evan Shore 35mm banger, to a Joel Halen XL trough. By twisting the cap back and fourth, you move the airstream inside the quartz vessel, which creates agitation. Ok so… why does agitating your viscious concentrates matter? It matters a TON! The more of your concentrates you can get to make contact with your warm quartz, equals more vapor, especially at lower temperatures. Even better, you can create the perfect airflow with the lift of a finger; no moving parts to lose or break!
If you’re still using your concentrate container or top hat style cap to dab, STOP! Try one of our our Terp Trunk directional airflow carb caps and you wont look back. We guarantee it!
